I had an very nice stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi! The staff were genuinely caring, and the amenities made my experience lovely. While the location wasn't the most central, I didn't mind because I appreciated the additional facilities and services available, like the club lounge and the spa. I had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. The luxurious atmosphere and amazing services made my trip lovely. However, the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which might be inconvenient for some.
